Gregory J. Touhill
Brigadier General Gregory J. Touhill (retired) is a cybersecurity expert and U.S. Air Force veteran who served 30 years, retiring in 2013 as Chief Information Officer and Director of C4 Systems at U.S. Transportation Command. Appointed by President Obama as the first U.S. Federal Chief Information Security Officer, he later became Director of the CERT Division at Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute and authored 'Cybersecurity for Executives' in 2014.[1][2][3][4]
