Gooseberry Patch

Gooseberry Patch is an American publishing company founded in 1984 by Vickie Hutchins, a former flight attendant, and Jo Ann Martin, a former first-grade teacher, who were neighbors in Delaware, Ohio, starting as a mail-order recipe catalog for old-fashioned, country-style products. The company grew into a multimillion-dollar enterprise known for family-friendly cookbooks, calendars, and organizers, with over 200 titles and nearly 9.5 million copies in print. It was acquired by Rowman & Littlefield in 2015 and now operates as an imprint of Globe Pequot Press.
