Gong Ji-young ,

Gong Ji-young is a celebrated South Korean novelist and journalist known for her pioneering contributions to Korean feminism and her exploration of gender equality and human rights. Born in Seoul in 1963, she graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in English literature and has published numerous acclaimed novels, including 'Our Happy Time' and 'Bongsoon, My Sister'.
