Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
Geshe Kelsang Gyatso was a Tibetan Buddhist monk, meditation teacher, scholar, and author, best known as the founder and spiritual director of the New Kadampa Tradition. He wrote numerous books on Buddhism and meditation and played a major role in spreading Kadampa Buddhism internationally.[1][13]
