Gerry Altmann
Gerry Altmann is a Professor of Psychology and Director of Perception, Action, and Cognition at the University of Connecticut. He graduated from Sussex University in 1981 with a degree in Experimental Psychology and previously held a position as Professor of Psychology at York University in England. His research focuses on psycholinguistics, sentence processing, and how individuals incrementally build representations of events described by unfolding language, using behavioral methods such as eye-tracking and neuroscientific approaches.
