Gayle Pohl, APR, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Public Relations at the University of Northern Iowa with over 30 years of experience in the field. Her expertise spans crisis management, corporate communications, and public relations across diverse industries including nonprofit organizations, healthcare, entertainment, and education. She is also President (Academia) of the Global Listening Centre and is recognized internationally for her contributions to listening strategies and professional communication.
