Gary Wiviott

Gary Wiviott is an American author and musician known for his book 'Low & Slow: Master the Art of Barbecue in 5 Easy Lessons,' which shares his expertise on barbecue and smoke-roasting techniques. Born in Central Virginia, he is also a retired professional with a background in the printing industry and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Averett University. Wiviott writes and performs his own songs, having been involved in music since he began playing guitar at age 13.
