Gary G. Bitter

Dr. Gary G. Bitter is a Professor of Educational Technology in the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University, where he has researched emerging technologies, including m-learning, technology integration in curricula, and teacher professional development, for over 45 years.[1][3][4] He earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics and Computer Education from the University of Denver in 1970, with a dissertation on Computer Applications Related to Student Achievement, and has consulted for school districts and technology companies internationally.[1][4]
