Garry Marchant

Gary Marchant is a legal scholar and professor at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he has focused on the intersection of law, science, ethics, and emerging technologies. He is also the Faculty Director of the Center for Law, Science & Innovation and has authored more than 200 articles and book chapters on related topics.[1][3][4]
