G. J. Warnock

Sir Geoffrey James Warnock (1923–1995) was an English philosopher known for his contributions to moral philosophy and ordinary language philosophy. He served as Vice-Chancellor of Oxford University from 1981 to 1985 and was knighted in the 1986 New Year Honours. Before his knighthood, he was commonly referred to as G. J. Warnock.
