G. H. Teed

George Hamilton Teed (1886–1938) was a Canadian author known for his pulp fiction, particularly Sexton Blake detective stories modeled on Sherlock Holmes, writing under pen names including G. H. Teed, Hamilton Teed, Peter Kingsland, Louis Brittany, and Desmond Reid. Born in Woodstock, New Brunswick, he moved to Australia around 1900 as a sheep farmer, then to England circa 1912, where he produced numerous adventure and mystery novels until his death.
