G. A Kerkut

Gerald Allan Kerkut (G. A. Kerkut) was a British zoologist and physiologist who studied at Pembroke College, University of Cambridge (1945-1952), and earned his Ph.D. in Zoology from the University of Southampton, where he later became an Emeritus Professor in Physiology in 1992.[1][2][5] He is known for his work in neurobiology, co-editing Progress in Neurobiology, and for critiquing evolutionary assumptions in publications like Implications of Evolution.[1][3]
