French Culinary Institute
The 'French Culinary Institute' is not an author but the name of a private culinary school founded in 1984 in New York City, originally known as the French Culinary Institute and later renamed the International Culinary Center. It was established by Dorothy Cann Hamilton, who served as its founder and CEO until her death in 2023. The school trained many renowned chefs and operated until 2020, with its legacy continuing through the International Culinary Center (ICE).
