Frank W. Jobe
Frank W. Jobe was an American orthopedic surgeon best known as a co-founder of the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic and for pioneering Tommy John surgery, as well as major reconstructive shoulder surgery for baseball players.[1][4] He was born in Greensboro, North Carolina, and died in Santa Monica, California, at age 88.[2][3][6]
