Francois Lelord

François Lelord is a French psychiatrist and author born on June 22, 1953, in Paris. He conducted postdoctoral research at UCLA, worked at Hôpital Necker in Paris, and later became a corporate advisor on stress and job satisfaction, co-authoring bestselling self-help books before writing the popular Hector novel series, starting with 'Hector and the Search for Happiness.' He currently lives in Thailand with his wife Phuong.[1][2][3]
