Francis Taylor Piggott

Sir Francis Taylor Piggott (1852–1925) was a British jurist and author best known for his turbulent career as Chief Justice of Hong Kong from 1905 to 1912. He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge, and called to the bar by the Middle Temple in 1874. He authored treatises on legal subjects including extradition and nationality law.
