Francis Payne

Francis Payne is an Australian writer of speculative fiction, born in Scotland in 1953 and later emigrating to Australia in 1967. He won the Ditmar Award for best Australian short fiction in 1978 for "Albert's Bellyful" and the Aurealis Award for best horror short story in 1995 for his chapbook "Olympia".
