Finbarr McCarthy

Finbarr McCarthy is an Irish-born legal scholar and educator who joined the Temple Law faculty in 1991, having previously worked as a tax inspector for Ireland's internal revenue service and served as a teaching fellow at the University of Chicago Law School. He is a native of Ireland, holds degrees from Trinity College Dublin and Tulane University, and has served in various academic and leadership roles including Director of the Law Program at Temple University Japan.
