Felix Haynes

Felix Haynes is a retired U.S. Army officer and college president who served tours in Vietnam and the Panama Canal Zone before earning a doctorate in educational leadership and leading three higher education institutions over a 35-year career. He is an author of historical fiction and non-fiction, with published works including 'No Substitute for Victory,' 'Bully!', and 'Kilts and Bagpipes Forever,' and is currently working on a novel linking American politics to historical events. His writing was inspired by family experiences in Panama and his own military history, and he resides in Plant City, Florida.
