Emma Darcy

Emma Darcy was the pseudonym of Australian husband-and-wife writing team Wendy Brennan (1940–2020) and Frank Brennan (1936–1995), who together authored 45 romance novels before Frank's death, after which Wendy continued writing over 100 more under the name.[1][2] They published their first book, Tangle of Torment, in 1983, selling over 70 million copies worldwide, primarily for Harlequin and Mills & Boon, and Wendy later diversified into crime fiction, winning the Ned Kelly Award in 2002.[1][2][4] In 2014, she was inducted into the Romance Writers of Australia Hall of Fame.[2][3]
