Ellie Sandall (Author, Illustrator)

Ellie Sandall is a British author, illustrator, art teacher, and ceramic artist who grew up on the edge of the Fens in Lincolnshire and now lives in a little white house by the river there. She studied Graphic Design at Bath Spa University, specializing in illustration, and earned a Master’s in Children’s Book Illustration from Cambridge School of Art, graduating in 2007. After teaching art in primary schools, she became a freelancer, creating acclaimed picture books like the Everybunny trilogy and Copycat Bear, and running workshops from her studio assisted by her basset hound, William.
