Ellen Mahoney

Ellen Mahoney is an author and educator known for her book Food Stars—15 Women Stirring Up the Food Industry, published in October 2022. She is also the co-author of Earthrise—My Adventures as an Apollo 14 Astronaut (2014), written with astronaut Edgar Mitchell. Her works focus on inspirational stories in food and space exploration.
