Ellen M Gilmore

Ellen M. Gilmore is an experienced human resources leader with expertise in change management, talent management, and executive leadership. She served as director of Organizational Effectiveness for BWH Human Resources since December 2012 and was named Executive Director of Human Resources at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Previously associated with Framingham State University, she holds an MS degree and resides in Swampscott, Massachusetts.
