Ellen Goodman

Ellen Goodman is an American journalist and Pulitzer Prize-winning syndicated columnist who began her career in 1963 and won the Pulitzer Prize for Distinguished Commentary in 1980[1][8]. She wrote extensively on issues spanning from personal to political matters and was a prominent advocate for women's rights throughout her career[2][7]. Goodman worked as an associate editor and columnist for The Boston Globe from 1967 to 2009 and authored several books including Turning Points and Close to Home[3][5].
