Elise Moser

Elise Moser is a Canadian author born in Brooklyn, who spent her childhood in small-town New Jersey before moving to Montreal, where she earned an English degree from McGill University. She has written a literary novel for adults (*Because I Have Loved and Hidden It*), a YA novel, a nonfiction book for children aged 8-12, short stories, and book reviews, and has edited anthologies. Now based in Montreal, Quebec, she is bilingual (English/French), serves on boards of writing organizations like PEN Canada and the Quebec Writers' Federation, and coordinates the Atwater Writers Exhibition.
