Eline Snel

Eline Snel is a Dutch therapist and mindfulness trainer born in 1954 who founded the Academy for Mindful Teaching to teach her 'Mindfulness Matters' method to children, adolescents, and professionals. She is the author of the international bestseller Sitting Still Like a Frog (also known as Calme et attentif comme une grenouille), which has sold over 200,000 copies in 27 countries, and has taught mindfulness programs in Europe and Asia for more than two decades.
