Edward C. Green

Edward C. (Ted) Green (born 1944) is an American medical anthropologist specializing in public health, development, and HIV/AIDS prevention, particularly in Africa and South America[1][3]. He served as a senior research scientist at the Harvard School of Public Health and directed the AIDS Prevention Project at the Harvard Center for Population and Development Studies for eight years[1][3]. Green has also held advisory roles with the National Institutes of Health and the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS, and currently serves as a research professor at George Washington University[3][5].
