Edna Lee Booker

Edna Lee Booker Potter (October 4, 1897 – October 27, 1994) was an American journalist who moved to Shanghai in 1922, working as a reporter for the China Press and as a foreign correspondent for the International News Service. She authored several books about China during the 1930s and 1940s, including 'News is My Job' and 'Flight from China,' and married Asia Realty executive John Potter shortly after arriving in Shanghai.[1][3][4]
