Ed Folsom

Ed Folsom is an American literary scholar and editor, best known as a leading authority on Walt Whitman. He is the Roy J. Carver Professor of English at the University of Iowa and co-director of the Walt Whitman Archive, a comprehensive digital resource. Folsom has written extensively on Whitman and American poetry, including works like "The New Whitman Handbook" and edited numerous volumes of Whitman's writings.
