Douglas Preston
Douglas Preston is an American journalist and author best known for his thriller collaborations with Lincoln Child, including the Agent Pendergast and Gideon Crew series. He has published thirty-six books of both fiction and nonfiction, twenty-nine of which are New York Times bestsellers, and writes regularly for publications like The New Yorker and Smithsonian. Preston currently serves as President of the Authors Guild and has worked as an editor at the American Museum of Natural History and as a lecturer at Princeton University.
