Dorothy Speak

Dorothy Speak is a Canadian writer known for her short story collections and fiction exploring family, loss, betrayal, and conflict. She grew up in Woodstock, Ontario, taught art history and creative writing, and also worked as a museum curator; her books include *The Counsel of the Moon* and *Object of Your Love*.
