Donna Andrews is an American mystery fiction writer born in Yorktown, Virginia, best known for her two award-winning amateur sleuth series: the Meg Langslow series featuring a blacksmith from Yorktown, and the Turing Hopper series featuring an artificial intelligence detective. She has won numerous awards including multiple Agatha, Anthony, Barry, and Lefty Awards, and was named a Grand Master by the Mystery Writers of America in 2026.
