Donald M. McRae

Donald M. McRae is a Canadian-New Zealand legal scholar and professor emeritus at the University of Ottawa, known for his work in the law of the sea, international trade law, and international law. He has also taught at the University of British Columbia and served on the United Nations International Law Commission.
