Diane D. Blair

Diane D. Blair (1938–2000) was an American political scientist, educator, public servant, and writer best known for her work on Arkansas politics and Southern political life. She taught at the University of Arkansas, authored influential books including *Arkansas Politics and Government: Do the People Rule?*, and served in public roles such as chair of the Arkansas Educational Television Commission and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.[1][3]
