Derek Zobel

Derek Zobel is an American author born in 1983, best known for writing children's non-fiction books. His works include titles such as 'Minnesota' in the State Profiles series, which explores the history, people, landscapes, and food of the North Star State, as well as 'Squirrels: Backyard Wildlife,' educating young readers about common backyard animals. He has also been associated with Bloomington Public Schools as a reserve teacher.
