Dawn Lundy Martin

Dawn Lundy Martin is an American poet, essayist, and activist known for formally inventive work that explores race, gender, identity, and embodiment. Her books include *A Gathering of Matter / A Matter of Gathering*, *Discipline*, *Life in a Box Is a Pretty Life*, and *Good Stock Strange Blood*, and she has also coedited anthologies and taught at universities including the University of Pittsburgh and Bard College.
