David Mitchell
David Stephen Mitchell is an English novelist, screenwriter, and translator born in 1969, recognized for his innovative narrative style and complex storytelling. His breakthrough work, Cloud Atlas (2004), established him as a leading figure in contemporary literature. He has written nine novels, two of which were shortlisted for the Booker Prize, and has also worked as a screenwriter and translator.
