David J. Terris

Dr. David J. Terris is a Regents' Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Augusta University and the Surgical Director of the Augusta University Thyroid Center. He is a pioneer in robotic and minimally invasive thyroid surgery, having edited five books and authored over 200 publications on thyroid and parathyroid topics. Dr. Terris previously served as Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology at Stanford and Georgia, holding the latter position for 12 years.
