David Heath
David Heath is an award-winning American investigative journalist and author of 'Longshot: The Inside Story of the Race for a COVID-19 Vaccine.' He has worked at organizations including CNN, USA Today, and the Center for Public Integrity, earning the 2002 Goldsmith Prize, 2001 George Polk Award, and multiple Gerald Loeb Awards for his reporting on topics like pharmaceutical industry practices. A three-time Pulitzer finalist, he holds a BA in English from Grinnell College and completed a Nieman Fellowship at Harvard University in 2005-2006, and lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
