David B. Teplow
David B. Teplow is a professor of neurology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where he studies the molecular mechanisms of protein misfolding and aggregation in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's. His research has significantly advanced the understanding of amyloid beta-protein structure and toxicity. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters in the fields of biophysics and neurobiology.
