David B Quinn

David Beers Quinn (1909–2002) was an Irish-born historian and author best known for his scholarship on sixteenth-century Ireland and the early British exploration and settlement of North America. He wrote extensively on voyages, colonial ventures, and Atlantic history, and his works remain important references in early modern history.
