David A. Levine

David A. Levine appears to refer to the American artist and illustrator David Levine (1926–2009), who was born in Brooklyn, New York, and became best known for his caricatures in *The New York Review of Books*.[1][2] He also worked as a painter and illustrator, and his career spanned more than four decades.[2][4]
