Dave Francis

David Francis is an Australian-American author and former international lawyer who transitioned from a career in top law firms like Allens and Norton Rose Fulbright to writing acclaimed novels.[1][4] His works include *The Great Inland Sea* (published as *Agapanthus Tango* in seven countries), *Stray Dog Winter* (winner of the American Library Association Barbara Gittings Prize and LAMBDA Literary Award Finalist), and *Wedding Bush Road*.[2][3] He has taught creative writing at UCLA, USC, and Occidental College, and served as Chair of PEN America Los Angeles and a board member of PEN International.[1][2]
