Dave Anderson
David Poole Anderson was an American sportswriter based in New York City, best known for his work with The New York Times. In 1981, he won the Pulitzer Prize for distinguished commentary on sporting events and authored 21 books along with over 350 magazine articles. In 2014, he received the PEN/ESPN Lifetime Achievement Award for Literary Sports Writing.[1]
