Darko Macan

Darko Macan (born 1966) is a Croatian writer and illustrator known for his work in comics, science fiction, and fantasy. He studied history and archaeology at the University of Zagreb and began his career in the Croatian comic scene before breaking into the US comic book market in 1993. He has written over 40 science fiction and fantasy short stories, two science fiction novels, and three children's books, with notable works including Star Wars comics, Grendel Tales, and Hellblazer.
