Daniel Tyler

Daniel Tyler is a retired history professor born before World War II who grew up on a ranch in Colorado. He studied political science at Harvard College, served as a jet flight instructor in the USAF, taught history in Hawaii, returned to ranching, and earned a Ph.D. in American History. He taught at institutions including Colorado State University, researching Western water development, and authored books such as 'The Last Water Hole in the West' and 'Silver Fox of the Rockies.'
