Daniel E. Steere
Daniel E. Steere is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where he taught for 19 years after two years at Montana State University-Billings. He has worked as a special education teacher for students with autism and as a manager of a community residence for adults with severe disabilities, authoring or co-authoring two books and about thirty-five articles on topics like transition from school to adulthood, systematic instruction, and person-centered planning. He resides in Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania, with his wife Kathy, and has pursued fly fishing for over thirty years.
