Damon Lee Fowler

Damon Lee Fowler is an American food writer, cookbook author, culinary historian, and lecturer known for his work on Southern cooking and its history. Born in Georgia and raised in South Carolina, he studied architecture at Clemson University before turning to food writing; he has written multiple acclaimed cookbooks and lived for many years in Savannah, Georgia.
