Daisy Pearce

Daisy Pearce was born in Cornwall, England, and grew up on a smallholding surrounded by hippies, developing a fascination with the macabre from an early age after reading horror books too young. She began writing short stories as a teenager, with her first published in One Eye Grey magazine, and won awards like the Chindi Authors Short Story Competition in 2015. Her debut novels The Silence and The Missing were published in 2020, followed by Something in the Walls in 2025; she now lives in Sussex, works in a library, and hunts ghosts.[1][2][3]
