Cyrus Parkinson Beatty Sarchet (1828-1913) was an American author and historian best known for his comprehensive work 'History of Guernsey County, Ohio,' published in 1911 in two volumes by B.F. Bowen & Company. Born into the family of Moses and Martha (Bichard) Sarchet, he contributed significantly to documenting the history of Guernsey County, Ohio.
